What To Expect

Kleopatra Beach

Our tour starts with hotel pick upo. Then step aboard your comfortable boat and admire the views as you leave land behind and cut over the blue-green waters of the Gulf of Gökova to Cleopatra Island. One of a trio, this famous islet (also known as Sedir Island) is home to a beach where, according to legend, Egypt’s pharaoh queen, Cleopatra, bathed with her lover Mark Anthony, sometime in the 2nd century BC. The story goes that Anthony ordered the sands from Egypt as a gift to his mistress. Before arriving, enjoy two stops to swim or snorkel in the turquoise Aegean, and savor a delicious lunch on deck, with drinks available to purchase on board. Swim and snorkel in the crystalline waters, polish your tan, or stroll to the Roman ruins that lie nearby.Later, cruise back to Marmaris with a further swim stop on route. Your trip ends with a hotel drop-off in the early evening.
