Dream Boat day cruise NOT

They told they would pick us up at 9.30 at our hotel for the trip starting at 10. They finally picked us up at 9.55 then told us the trip would start at 10.30. I wasn't impressed by the boat or crew. They had promised us 4 beds at the front of the ship, that didn't happen. Ended up on the top deck with four 18 inch beds. My wife really struggled with the steps on board. Ended up sharing the deck with a group of 20 something's who couldn't put a sentence together without the use of the F word at shouting pitch the whole day.
